  Payment - All payment is expected to be settled 100% before we process your order. We accept funds transfer. Payment should be transferred to POSB Savings Account 170-21703-9. You will be contacted upon your purchase order and a receipt will be sent to you. Your desired gown will take about three weeks to arrive and we will deliver it personally to your doorstep.

Affair Click to go to the d Whites Our Gallery Page 		  Cancellation - We can only cancel or amend your order if we have not processed them, however we process orders almost immediately after they are placed. If a cancellation is made after an order is processed, we will charge 10% of the price.

Exchanges / Returns Policy - We have a no refund policy. Exchanges may be made on the case-to-case basis. We do not have alteration service available at the moment, however, rest assured we will help you out if there is any minor alteration to be made.

Urgent / Rush Order - For rush order less then 14 days, a rush order fee of $80 will be charged. Don't be afraid to ask! We prefer to a quote a conservative delivery. This is our policy, we would rather send perfect garments in a time frame that is still comfortable than risk quoting a date that is unrealistic.
